34 Introduction

Three types of agreement structure are dealt with in this section:

  1. 34.1

        a standard agreement for the provision or sale of goods or services;

  2. 34.2

        a short letter version of the above; and

  3. 34.3

        a formal or short-form deed, to implement or carry out some task or requirement under the above two types of agreements.

        the main matters that such documents should cover;

  2. 34.5

        some of the commercial issues that the parties need to address; and
