30.2 Companies

  1. 30.2.1

        First method (company does not have or use a common seal)

    The document is signed by:

    1. (a)

          a director in the presence of a witness who attests the signature of the director;

    2. (b)

          a director and a company secretary (if any); or

    3. (c)

          two directors

  2. 30.2.2

        Second method (company wishing to use its common seal and default provision of the model articles of association of the Companies Act 2006 applies)1

    The common seal of the company is affixed to the document; and then it is signed by:

    1. (a)

          a director;

    2. (b)

          a company
