290.2 What occurs when the contract is unwound

Where the consumer has the right to unwind a business to consumer contract:

  1. 290.2.1

        the contract comes to an end;

  2. 290.2.2

        the trader and consumer are released from their obligations under the contract;

  3. 290.2.3

        the trader has a duty to provide a refund; and

  4. 290.2.4

        the consumer must make the goods available for collection by the trader1.
