267.2 Digital content

In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, unless the consumer has given explicit consent and acknowledged she will loss the right to cancel, the trader must not begin the supply of the digital content before the end of the cancellation period1.

When the supply of digital content has begun after the consumer has given consent and provided the acknowledgement, but before the end of the cancellation period, the consumer will lose the right to cancel2.
