267 Payment for services performed or digital content supplied during the cancellation period

267.1 Services

Unless the consumer has made an express request (which request, in the case of an off-premises contract should be on a durable medium), the trader must not begin the supply the service before the end of the cancellation period1.

The consumer will lose the right to cancel if the service has been fully performed and the performance of the service began after an express request had been made by the consumer, and the consumer has acknowledged she would lose the right to cancel once the service was
