265 Reimbursement of sums paid by the consumer

265.1 Obligation on trader to reimburse all payments made by consumer

The trader has to repay all sums received from the consumer, including amounts paid by the consumer for delivery1. Reimbursement should be made without due delay, but in any case:

  1. 265.1.1

        where there is a sales contract and the trader has not offered to collect the goods, 14 days after the day the trader receives the goods or, if earlier, the day on which the consumer supplies evidence that she has sent the goods back2; or
