264 Consequences and actions that follow after a cancellation

If a consumer exercises her right to cancel the contract, then the obligations of the consumer and the trader to perform the contract are ended on cancellation1; and the consumer and trader are required to do the following2:

  1. 264.1

        the trader must reimburse all sums the consumer paid (other than some amounts for delivery, in some cases)3;

  2. 264.2

        the trader must collect any goods (unless the consumer has that responsibility)4; and

  3. 264.3

        the consumer must pay for any services commenced, or digital
