252 Where distance contract is concluded by electronic means

252.1 Information to be given before order placed

If a distance contract is concluded by electronic means and the consumer has an obligation to pay under the contract, then the trader must make the consumer aware, in a clear and prominent manner, and directly before the consumer places the order, of the following information:

  1. 252.1.1

        the main characteristics of the goods, services or digital content;

  2. 252.1.2

        the total price of the goods, services or digital content or the means by which the price is calculated;

  3. 252.1.3

        the costs of delivery;
