248.3 Second condition

The second condition is that, before the consumer is bound by the contract, the trader gives to the consumer a further set sub-set of the prescribed information, namely:

  1. 248.3.1

        the main characteristics of the goods, services or digital content;

  2. 248.3.2

        conditions, time limit and procedures for cancellation; and

  3. 248.3.3

        where there is no right to cancel or the right to cancel may be lost1, the information that the consumer will not have the benefit of the right to cancel (or the circumstances under which it may be lost)2.
