(c) Off-premises contracts246 Obligation on trader to provide information before consumer is bound by an off-premises contract246.1 Before the consumer is bound by an off-premises contract, the trader must:246.1.1 give the consumer the prescribed information1 in a clear and comprehensible manner; and246.1.2 if the customer has the right to cancel the contract, a specified cancellation form2 has been given to the consumer3.246.2 The prescribed information and the cancellation form must be legible.
