237 Off-premises contract

An off-premises contract is any one of the following:

  1. 237.1

        a contract concluded in a place which is not the business premises of the trader, and concluded in the simultaneous presence of the trader and consumer1;

  2. 237.2

        a contract for which an offer is made by the consumer in the simultaneous physical presence of the trader and the consumer in a place which is not the business premises of the trader;

  3. 237.3

        where:

    1. 237.3.1

          the consumer was individually and personally addressed at a place which is not the business premises of the trader and
