217 Effect of other provisions of Consumer Rights Act 2015 which forbid or restrict operation of the Consumer Rights Act 2015

Other provisions of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 prevent the exclusion or limitation of liability of a trader on such matters as whether goods or digital content are of satisfactory quality or are as described, etc, as well as preventing any contract term or notice which aims to exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury (‘Exclusion Provisions’)1. The provisions of Consumer Rights Act 2015 Part 2 do not affect the operation of the Exclusion
