214 Contract terms and notices which are outside the scope of consideration whether they are fair or unfair

The provisions of Consumer Rights Act 2015 Part 2 does not apply to:

  1. 214.1

        a contract term or notice to the extent it concerns:

    1. 214.1.1

          a mandatory, statutory or regulatory provision1; or

    2. 214.1.2

          a provision or principle of an international convention, where either the UK or the EU is a party2;

  2. 214.2

        a contract of employment or apprenticeship3; or

  3. 214.3

        a notice which concerns the rights, obligations or liabilities between an employer and employee4.
