210 Rights not to the exclusion of other remedies available to consumer

The consumer can pursue remedies other than the rights listed above, whether in addition to or instead of those rights, including:

  1. 210.1

        damages;

  2. 210.2

        to recover money paid (where the consideration for the payment has failed);

  3. 210.3

        specific performance;

  4. 210.4

        where the trader makes claims, the consumer relying on the breach as a defence;

  5. 210.5

        where there is a right to treat the contract at an end, exercising that right1.
