209 Situations when only the right to a price reduction is available to the consumer

A consumer is only entitled to a reduction of the price (and not to repeat performance) when the trader is in breach of:

  1. 209.1

        a term of a contract incorporated under Consumer Rights Act 2015 Section 50 which does not relate to the service1;

  2. 209.2

        the implied term that the service should be performed within a reasonable time2.
