208.1 When the right to a price reduction is available

A consumer who has the right to a repeat performance or to a price reduction can only exercise the right to a price reduction in one of the following situations:

  1. 208.1.1

        where the consumer cannot require repeat performance2; or

  2. 208.1.2

        where the consumer has required the trader to perform the service again, but the trader has failed to do so within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to the consumer3.
