207 Right to repeat performance

Where the consumer has the right to repeat performance or to a price reduction and requires that the performance of the service is repeated, the trader must:

  1. 207.1

        carry it out within a reasonable1 time; and

  2. 207.2

        not cause significant inconvenience2 to the consumer; and

  3. 207.3

        pay any necessary costs (such as that of labour or materials)3.
