206 Remedies where service does not conform to contract

Where a service does not conform to the contract, then the consumer has the right to require repeat performance1; or to a price reduction2.

A service ‘conforms to a contract’ when it:

  1. 206.1

        is performed with reasonable care and skill3;

  2. 206.2

        conforms with the information provided by a trader4 relating to the performance of the service5.
