20.2 Execution requirements for companies1

  1. 20.2.1

        Where the company does not use, or have, a common seal, the following methods are available:

    1. (a)

          a director signing the deed in the presence of a witness and the witness attesting the signature of the director;

    2. (b)

          two directors (if the company has more than one director) signing the deed;

    3. (c)

          a director and the company secretary (where a private company has a company secretary, or a public company, which must always have a secretary) signing the deed2.
