199.2 Obligations on traderWhen carrying out a repair the trader must1:199.2.1 repair the damage within a reasonable time2; and199.2.2 not cause significant inconvenience3 to the consumer; and199.2.3 bear any necessary costs incurred in repairing the damage (such as that of labour, materials and postage).Where compensating the consumer, the trader must pay without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day that the trader agrees that the consumer is entitled to such a payment4. No fee may be imposed on the consumer concerning the payment5
