192 Digital content subject to modifications

Where there is a contract to supply digital content which allows the trader (or a third party) to modify the digital content, then certain provisions of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply to modified digital content as those provisions apply to the digital content as it was originally supplied1. The provisions are that digital content:

  1. 192.1

        is of satisfactory quality2;

  2. 192.2

        is fit for a particular purpose3; and

  3. 192.3

        matches any description given by the trader4.
