189 Provision of pre-contract information

As noted above, any information that the trader provides about the main characteristics, functionality and compatibility of the digital content, is treated as a term of the contract under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 Section 361. Information other than this that the trader is required to provide to the consumer before the contract can become binding on the consumer is to be treated as a term of the contract under Section 372.
