188.1 When digital content will not match its description

Every contract for the supply of digital content will include a term that the digital content will match any description of it that the trader gives to the consumer1.

Where the consumer has examined a trial version of the digital content before the contract is made, it is not sufficient that the digital content is equal or better than the trial version if the digital content does not match any description of the digital content that the trader has given to the consumer
