183 Statutory rights in a contract to supply digital content

A contract to supply goods is to include the following terms (subject to the qualifications set out below):

  1. 183.1

        digital content to be of satisfactory quality1;

  2. 183.2

        digital content to be fit for a particular purpose2;

  3. 183.3

        digital content to match any description given by trader3;

  4. 183.4

        certain pre-contract information included a term of the contract4;

  5. 183.5

        the trader’s right to supply the digital content5.
