179.2 Delivery of quantities other than specified in the contract

If a trader under a contract to supply goods:

  1. 179.2.1

        delivers fewer goods than specified in the contract, then the consumer may:

    1. (a)

          reject the goods; or

    2. (b)

          accept the goods, but must pay for the goods at the contract rate1.

  2. 179.2.2

        delivers more goods than is specified in the contract, then the consumer may:

    1. (a)

          reject those amount of goods which are excess of the quantity specified in the contract, but accept the amount specified in the contract; or

    2. (b)

          reject all the goods2; or

    3. (c)

          accept all the
