176.6 Partial rejection

If the consumer has any of the rights of rejection but does not reject all the goods and treat the contract at an end, then the consumer may:

  1. 176.6.1

        reject some or all of the goods that do not conform to the contract; but

  2. 176.6.2

        not reject the goods that do conform to the contract1.

The same point applies to goods supplied in an instalment, but on an instalment basis2.

If the goods form a commercial unit and to reject some of them would materially impair the value of the goods or the character
