176.4 Meaning, timing and method of refund

Where the consumer paid money under the contract, she is entitled to receive back from the trader the same amount1. Where she transferred anything else under the contract, she is entitled to receive the same amount of whatever was transferredor, where this is not possible, then the consumer should receive the original thing she transferred to the trader in its original state2.

The trader:

  1. 176.4.1

        must pay a refund without due delay, and no later than 14 days after the day that the trader agrees that the consumer
