176.3 Responsibilities following rejection by a consumer

The consumer needs to make the goods available for collection by the trader or return the goods (if the consumer and trader have agreed that the consumer will return them)1.

The trader needs to provide the refund2 and be responsible for the reasonable cost of returning the goods3.
