175.3 When a consumer may or may not treat the contract as at an end

A consumer does not have the right to treat the contract as at an end for:

  1. 175.3.1

        a breach of a term which the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 Part 1 Chapter 1 requires to be a term of a contract;

  2. 175.3.2

        where goods do not conform to a contract under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 Section 15 (installation) or 16 (digital content)

save as specifically specified in the statute1.
