171 Delivery of goods1

A sales contract2 is to include terms that the trader must deliver the goods:

  1. 171.1

        to the consumer (unless the trader and consumer agree otherwise)3;

  2. 171.2

        without undue delay; and in any event, no later than 30 days after the day the trader and consumer enter into the contract, unless the trader and consumer have agreed a time or period for delivery4.
