169 Limitation on what terms are included as to quality or fitness for purpose

Unless there is an express term in a contract to supply goods, there will not be any term included about the quality of the goods or their fitness for any particular purpose, other than those provisions of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 relating to:

  1. 169.1

        satisfactory quality (Section 9);

  2. 169.2

        fitness for a particular purpose (Section 10);

  3. 169.3

        goods matching any sample (Section 13);

  4. 169.4

        that goods do not conform to a contract, if the digital content does not conform (Section 16)1.
