166 Installation and conformity of goods with a contract

In a contract for the supply of goods, if

  1. 166.1

        the installation of the goods is part of the contract;

  2. 166.2

        the trader (or someone acting under the trader’s responsibility) is to install the goods; and

  3. 166.3

        the goods are not installed correctly;

then the goods do not conform to the contract for the supply of goods1.
