157 Types of contracts for the supply of goods not covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 does not apply to a contract:

  1. 157.1

        for the supply of notes or coins by a trader to a consumer, where the consumer is to use the notes or coins as currency1;

  2. 157.2

        for goods which are to be sold by way of execution or otherwise, or by authority of law2;

  3. 157.3

        intended to operate as a mortgage, pledge, or other security3; or

  4. 157.4

        made by deed, where the only consideration
