150.6 Condition

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 does not use the word ‘condition’ in the sense meant under the Sale of Goods and Service Act 1979, that a breach of a condition entitles the party not in the wrong to terminate the contract1. This is likely to be because the Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides specific situations where the consumer may treat a contract at an end2.
