150.5 Included/including

Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, provisions are implied into a contract1, while under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, terms are ‘included’ in a contract2. It is not clear whether, legally, there is any significant difference between a term being implied into a contract or it is included in the contract3.
