Consumer Rights Act 2015 Part 1 (dealing with the rights and remedies available to the consumer) is also subject to Consumer Rights Act 2015 Part 2 (dealing with unfair terms and notices)1. That is, a term which deals with satisfactory quality (or excludes that included term) can also be assessed for whether it is fair.
