145 Right to cancel

  1. 145.1

        modification: A consumer has now 14 days to cancel a contract without liability (but the consumer normally has to pay for the cost of returning the goods)1.

  2. 145.2

        modification: A consumer (normally) has to pay for the value of any services performed during the cancellation period up to the date of cancellation2.

  3. 145.3

        new/modification: A consumer (normally) must return goods within 14 days of cancellation3 and the trader (normally) must reimburse within 14 days4.
