135 Introduction

This Section aims to outline the main contractual rights, remedies and responsibilities that need consideration in a contract where a party to the contract is a consumer.

Primarily, the focus is on the main statutory and regulatory measures. Each section is not intended to be a detailed exposition of the law, but a summary of the relevant parts of the law which affect transactions with consumers (as well as points from the guidance issued by governmental bodies)1.
