132 When and how must the information be provided?

  1. 132.1

        The information indicated above has to be provided ‘in good time’ before a contract between the supplier of the service and the recipient is concluded1. If there is no written contract then the information must be provided before the service is provided. However, information can be provided later if the request for it does not come until after the contract is concluded or the provision of the service has started.

        The information must be provided in a clear and unambiguous manner2. This is not explained
