125.4 Difference between Section 3 and Sections 6 and 7

Note that Section 3 can apply to contracts for the supply of services and contracts for the supply of goods, whereas Sections 6 and 7 can only apply to contracts where goods are sold (whether as sale of goods or contracts where the ownership of goods passes under or in pursuance of a contract not governed by the law of sale of goods).
