125.2 Other provisions that cannot be excluded or restricted unless reasonable—implied terms

Liability for breach of the obligations arising from the following cannot be excluded or restricted by reference to a contract term except in so far as the term satisfies the requirement of reasonableness1:

  1. 125.2.1

        Satisfactory quality

    1. (a)

          Sale of Goods Act 1979 Section 14,

    2. (b)

          Supply of Goods (Implied Terms) Act 1973 Section 10, or

    3. (c)

          Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 Section 4;
