123.2 Contracts concerning marine salvage, charterparty of ship or hovercraft, carriage of goods by ship or hovercraftUCTA Section 2(1), whereby a person cannot exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, extends to:123.2.1 any contract of marine salvage or towage;123.2.2 any charterparty of a ship or hovercraft; and123.2.3 any contract for the carriage of goods by ship or hovercraft,but the other parts of Section 2, and Sections 3 and 7, do not apply to such contracts1.
UCTA Section 2(1), whereby a person cannot exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, extends to:
