113 Acceptance

113.1 Acceptance by buyer informing seller

Acceptance takes place when the buyer:

  1. 113.1.1

        intimates to the seller that he has accepted the goods1; or

  2. 113.1.2

        does an act in relation to goods which are delivered to him that is inconsistent with the ownership of the seller2.

Note that the mere receipt of goods without more will not amount to an intimation of acceptance3. It is not stated whether such acceptance has to be express or implied.
