111.12 If seller delivers wrong amount of goods

  1. 111.12.1

        Less than correct amount: A buyer may reject a delivery of a lesser amount of goods than which the seller is contracted to sell. However, if the buyer accepts the goods he must pay for them at the contract rate1.
