111.10 Reasonable time for delivery

The rule is as follows:

  1. 111.10.1

        The seller does not need to deliver any goods until the buyer requires the goods.

  2. 111.10.2

        Following the buyer requiring the goods to be delivered, the seller has a reasonable time to make delivery.

  3. 111.10.3

        If the buyer fails to require delivery within a reasonable time, then the seller can rescind the contract without notice1.

  4. 111.10.4

        In the case of excessive delay, there may be an intention that both parties intend to abandon the contract2.
