108.3 Meaning of ‘goods supplied under the contract’

‘Goods supplied under the contract’ means:

  1. 108.3.1

        not just the goods that are the subject matter of the contract, but other goods that are supplied with them1; and

  2. 108.3.2

        packaging or containers supplied with the goods which form the subject matter of the contract2.
