103 What are ‘goods’?

103.1 Meaning of ‘goods’

‘Goods’ means all personal chattels other than things in action and money; and includes1:

  1. 103.1.1

        emblements2;

  2. 103.1.2

        industrial growing crops;

  3. 103.1.3

        an undivided share in goods;

  4. 103.1.4

        things attached or forming part of the land that are agreed to be severed before sale or under the contract of sale; and

  5. 103.1.5

        a sale of software, where it is included in the sale of a computer system which includes both computer hardware and software3.
