102 Form of contract

Subject to any relevant statute, a contract for sale can be1:

  1. 102.1.1

        in writing (with our without seal)2;

  2. 102.1.2

        by word of mouth;

  3. 102.1.3

        partly in writing and partly by word of mouth; or

  4. 102.1.4

        implied from the conduct of the parties.

The above methods do not affect the law relating to corporations3.
