(1) INTRODUCTION TO COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS

1 Scope of title

This title has three principal aims:

  1. 1.1

        to provide a selection of precedents that covers the main types of key and ancillary documents required when entering or working with a ‘mainstream’ commercial agreement, whether prior to or during the contract’s existence, and at and following termination. The title includes:

    1. 1.1.1

          documents used prior to entry into an agreement (such as requests for and responses to estimates, confidentiality agreements, requests for and contents of negotiation meetings, binding and non-binding term sheets etc),

    2. 1.1.2
