54 The additional conditions

In the case of a club which is a qualifying club in relation to the supply of alcohol to members or guests, the club must not only satisfy the general conditions of the Licensing Act 20031 but it must also satisfy the additional conditions2 if an application for a club premises certificate3 is to be successful. The additional conditions are as follows:

  1. 54.1

        Additional condition 1, which is subject to special provisions for registered societies and friendly societies, is that—so far as not managed by the club in general meeting or otherwise by the general body
